Our wine cellar
Our new direction means we are also significantly enhancing
our wine list with some carefully selected additions.
For the red wines, in addition to the
traditional Chianti Classico wines, we have made a careful selection
of Bordeaux-like wines, mostly from the Bolgheri area in South
Tuscany, which in recent years has produced wines of a very high
average quality.
And we haven’t forgotten the best wines from
other parts of Tuscany that are also evolving .
We also have a good selection of white and
sparkling wines.
